How to book your booth
1. Please complete the Exhibitor Application Form.
2. Select booth choices (not guaranteed) from the Floor Plan and submit the form. (map is updated weekly - in some cases your booth may be booked but not updated on the map)
3. Upon receipt we will contact you to discuss your participation including booth choices available and opportunities for maximizing your participation.
4. BudFest will send a contract for signature by SmartWaiver closer to event time.
5. A 100% deposit is required to confirm your booth location. This will be invoiced once the reservation is confirmed. Other payment terms are acceptible on request.
